About me
I have worked in the field of low-income housing and community development in Texas since 1975. I have helped to found over a dozen community development corporations and since 1987 I have been the co-director of a nonprofit public policy and research organization dedicated to improving the quality of housing and neighborhoods for low-income Texans.
