Well, I live in subsidized housing and I ask over and over for repairs to be done in my apartment to no avail! Recently, the ceiling fell in the upstairs bedroom. I saw the manager of the property on April 29, and have not seen her since! Water puddles sat on the floor for several days. She didn't even come for moral support!
On May 5th they did replace the ceiling. What to do when your sewer keeps backing up and the ceilings downstairs has signs of "bubbles"? I live in Houston, TX
thank you for a comment
