Analysis was submitted with the Dallas lawsuit (see the pleadings linked to my posting on this at http://texashousers.net/2008/07/22/low-income-housing-tax-credit-program-in-dallas-is-frozen-and-challaged/ ). TDHCA disputes the allegations and has promised to send me a map that I will post as soon as I receive it.

The HUD study referenced in the plaintiff's pleadings also supports the allegation of over concentration statewide in Texas.

As you indicate, the reports from other cities are anecdotal. But it is broadly (but not universally) acknowledged in the development community.

A solid statewide study would be very useful.

Very informative. Is there a TX study that provides a spacial analysis of where LIHTC properties reside? Have only seen city studies...By low v. high income, QTC v. Non QCT, Minority v. Non minority, ect. We hear the anecdotal, but are we certain? Looking for some input.
